JOB DESCRIPTION:
BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations. BearingPoint is currently searching for an experienced Training Consultant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills: Require Oracle implementation skills. Develop and deliver online interactive eLearning and Classroom Instructor Led Training (ILT) in the support of the Oracle 11i implementation at the client site. An ideal candidate would be someone who is experienced and can contribute to all three phases of training i.e., Web Based Training (WBT) Development, ILT Development, and ILT Delivery. Scope of Work Develop online training materials and curriculum per functional process descriptions Revise online training materials as needed Coordinate training development activities with the functional team and Federal SMEs Develop ILT (User Manuals, Job Aids, etc.) Conduct ILT sessions (part time travel required 2-4 months) General requirements: Candidates must have the following: Sound understanding of instructional design and content delivery principles Bachelor?s Degree 1+ years Oracle 11i, SAP, or large scale ERP Financials experience (AP, AR, PO, and specifically iProcurement, Project Accounting, PRISM, and GL) Exceptional writing skills Motivated, detail-oriented Ability to work independently Desired ? American Indian Heritage Desired: Experienced working with American Native Indian organizations or culture. WBT Development (in addition to general requirements): Experience with OnDemand Personal Navigator, UPK, Infopak, Tutor, Captivate, Flash, Articulate, or similar WBT authoring tool 1+ years developing eLearning materials ILT Development (in addition to general requirements): Understanding of basic accounting processes e.g., Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Bill to Collect, or Book to Report 1+ years developing ILT materials Federal Financials ILT Delivery (in addition to general requirements): 2+ years delivering ILT Understanding of basic accounting processes e.g., Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Bill to Collect, or Book to Report Federal Financials Exceptional presentation skills
