IT Convergence is a recognized International consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of E-Business solutions for our clients. ITC has grown rapidly over the past several years, and we now have established offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Madison, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Shanghai and Singapore.
To further support our business growth, we are currently looking for high-potential, entry to intermediate level candidates, who are interested in being trained and mentored by our Senior Staff. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about a career within our Managed Services Practice “IT Convergence Support Services” (ISS). The skills we are looking for are in the areas of:
- Unix and/or Linux System Administrators
- Oracle Developers (Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Discoverer)
- Oracle, SQL Server, DB2/UDB Database Administrators
- Java, J2EE Developers
This Training Program is designed to mentor promising candidates to help them develop their technical skills in their chosen fields of interest. We provide training, resources, and access on the latest technology available in the market.
After completing the program, trainees will be fully proficient in their areas of specialization, and possess the capability to independently deliver superior services to our clients. Potential career tracks include on-site and remote technical consulting, team management, and a number of additional opportunities that will be created and defined as the ISS Practice continues to expand.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in any of the above listed disciplines;
• Bachelors Degree, Computer Science Degree preferred;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Out-going, confident personality;
• Fast-learner with good social skills
These positions will be based in our Madison, Wisconsin office. We will hire 10 individuals to begin the internship in May, 2006, and possibly another 5 to follow later in the summer of 2006.
