Job Summary:
KBACE is seeking bright, diligent people to join our education & training organization.
The candidates will have a successful track record of developing customized training materials for ERP implementations, including training needs assessments and business process reengineering. Experience with Oracle Tutor and / or Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit). Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate will assist our clients in developing educational materials for their ERP implementations. The position will provide consultation on designing and developing process documents and course materials using UPK or Oracle Tutor, and will support the delivery of training.
In addition they would work specifically with UPK and with e-learning content testing, deployment, development and delivery. This position will have two facets – off-site development and client facing work. As a result, this person must be willing to travel on a limited basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates with prior Oracle implementation consulting experience will receive the highest priority.
Typical project responsibilities include:
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality.
• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
• Interact with the project team members
• Support client business process requirements and end user training.
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
• Deliver end-user training.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Lead project teams on larger projects.
Qualifications:
• Experience with the business processes for Oracle ERP and HCM applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Requirements definition.
• Bachelors Degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must be willing to travel 25- 50%
