Oracle Support Analyst – Financials 11i – Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management
Oracle Support Analyst - 11i Offering - Live full life cycle implementation, design, configuration, upgrades, project work and training – Oracle Certified Professional, leading edge modules and career progression. This true market leading blue chip has recently implemented an Oracle 11i ERP system with modules across the board. The Oracle system comprises of Financials, Payable, Receivables, General Ledger 11i applications. As part of the support to users my client has formed a help desk to be manned by Oracle Functional Analysts that provide 1st and 2nd level fixes together with training, implementation and Oracle Functional expertise. The position will take and resolve 1st and 2nd level fixes, liaise with Oracle 3rd level fixes and Tars, provide training to internal users, provide functional expertise to the business and users for application set up, enhancement and upgrading. You will provide a customer-focused and outcome measured service. This role represents a real career focused opportunity for a client-facing Analyst.
