Application Support Analyst required. Ideal candidates will have experience with SQL, UNIX (ideally AIX, but any flavor will be fine). Candidates should also have a basic level of UNIX Shell Scripting experience as well as an understanding of Databases (i.e. tables, indexes etc, etc). Any Oracle and PL/SQL experience would be desirable but not essential.
Duties will include supporting a number of business critical bespoke applications running on Oracle. The work will include in-depth analysis, so you must be able to identify problems quickly, work to existing SLAs and assist colleagues with hard to resolve support issues. In addition to your core duties you will also have the opportunity to work on various projects within the team.
This role is based in West London.
