Job Responsibilities:
• Analyse, design and develop systems for SAP HR applications
• Implement and develop new system applications or enhance existing applications
• Assist in in-house SAP end-user training programmes
• Ensure smooth running of the group-wide SAP HR systems, monitor production jobs and track job performance
• Provide production support to end-users, handle user queries and resolve production issues.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP HR application development and project implementation
• Good knowledge of SAP HR System, system configuration and skills in ABAP programming language, BSP and smart form
• Additional knowledge of SAP Enterprise Portal and skills in WebDynpro, Business Intelligence and Adobe Interactive Form will be preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
