ERP Recruiters (mid to senior level)
Location: Atlanta, GA (if local). Will also consider remote recruiters
Compensation: Base + Industry Leading Commission Plan, Quarterly Bonus, Benefits, PTO, 401k
Responsibilities:
Manage the ERP (Oracle, Peoplesoft, JDE, Siebel, SAP) requirements from our direct clients and large system integrators
Build a strong continual pipeline of viable, placeable ERP consultants.
Backsell ERP consultants to new direct clients, system integrators.
Plan for smooth transaction with vendors, candidates and managers by following the PROCESS and staying on top of contracts, rates and making sure that the consultants are deployed on the projects.
Build a strong career-counseling rapport with consultants
Must Have:
5 years minimum experience in IT recruiting/staffing in a staffing or agency environment.
Experience recruiting for ERP (Oracle, Peoplesoft, JDE, Siebel, or SAP) consultants
Experience placing Corp-to-Corp, 1099 or W2 contractors.
Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and drive to produce quality results.
Aggressive Dynamic, Can-Do Attitude
Strong experience in interacting with managers and understanding complex requirements
Strong Network of Recruiting & Vendor Contacts
Strong Rate/Salary Negotiation skills with employees/contractors
Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
