My client needs a consultant who has CRM (sales, marketing, customer service, call center) experience in especially Retail (Consumer) Banking. If he/she has Islamic Banking knowledge, that would be an advantage.
min 10+ years of experience, heavy exposure to the FSI industry, ideally with software experience(Oracle or Siebel, or some other such as SAP).
Qualifications:
•A Good University degree preferred, higher degree at postgraduate or MBA level desirable
•Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, French is plus for Africa based candidates)
•Strong financial services knowledge. Understanding of functions/processes/products/services of various financial services institutions such as retail-corporate-private banking, insurance, leasing.
•Knowledge of various business concepts/functions such as core banking, basic accounting, general ledger, CRM (marketing-sales-service), HR, back-office administration (purchasing, asset management, inventory, project management, property management), transfer pricing, risk management, customer/product/channel/segment profitability, asset/liability management, interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing expense and revenue budgeting&forecasting, AML, OFAC, BASEL II (at least the standard method), IFRS, financial statement consolidation, banking architecture, treasury operations, various banking products on the assets and liabilities side, governance and compliance framework for financial services industry, etc.
•Islamic banking knowledge will be a plus
•Preferably from a consulting background
•Ideally with Oracle Applications experience (iFlex or similar corebanking packages knowledge is a definitive plus, Siebel knowledge is also a plus)
•Experience on competitor offerings in Financial Services
•10+ years on job experience
