Description:
Sr. Project Manager, embracing an agile methodology with emphasis on SCRUM, focused on delivery of business monitoring and intelligence applications over the web.
Qualifications:
7+ years prior experience in managing software application projects through full life cycle. Solid understanding and appreciation of Lean and Agile development processes with real-world experience managing projects in an agile development environment (e.g., SCRUM, XP). Project Management Certification (PMI) Formal SCRUM training Proven ability to identify project objectives and project approach to achieve business needs. Highly effective negotiating, and interpersonal skills. Strong meeting facilitation skills. Highly effective communication (verbal and written) skills. Effectively communicates among project teams, sponsors, senior management and business partners. Proven ability to successfully execute Project management methodologies, tools and skills.
