Senior Technical Consultant -Oracle/Unix/Windows New! My client provides mission-critical processing services in customer administration, finance & accounting, human resources & procurement. E-processing is a major initiative aimed at removing physical paper from the Lloyds insurance market. My client is looking for a senior Technical consultant to become their E-processing Environments Manager. Meeting this challenging role is a sufficiently complex & demanding task that it requires a dedicated individual to perform the role, you will be instrumental in achieving the success of these important market facing projects. The role:Agreeing test schedules, ensuring that each environment is in the required state for the testing that is to be performed, liaising with other system owners to ensure compatible environments are available. Co-ordinating Penetration, BCP and DR testing.Ownership of all documentation including Software installation, Architecture, Hardware maintenance, BCP & DR plans. You will have experience & understanding of all the components that make up an IT system (Hardware,Operating Systems,Software,Storage etc). Be highly organised and systematic in their approach & be confident whilst operating in a high pressure environment and delivering to tight deadlines. Skills :UNIX(Solaris >9)Oracle,Windows,Networking,Firewalls & load balancers,Storage(NetApp), PRINCE2 qualification will be considered a distinct advantage.
