Job Description:
To work as part of the Oracle CRM Competency Team to both manage Oracle CRM delivery projects and to work in a pre-sales capacity formulating solutions to meet business requirements.
The key responsibilities of the job will include:
• All aspects of Project management
• Definition, scoping and planning of one or more projects
• Responding to Client Bid documents
• Programme and project structuring
• Feasibility studies and Business case development
• Business Change Implementation
• Roll-out design and management
• Programme and Project audits and reviews
Person Profile
• Proven leadership and motivational skills and experience in mentoring staff
• Excellent Communication skills
• Able to build productive client relationships
• Proficient in the use of Project management tools and relevant methodologies
• Managed at least one major client engagement and be familiar with the business and commercial aspects of relationship management.
• Experience in Oracle Applications (especially the CRM Module)
• Understand the business concept of Customer Relationship Management and how it relates to different sectors (especially Public)
• Flexible about work content and location and able to work independently with the client on site.
