Job Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/IT
• minimum 5 years experience in managing a large research & development department
• excellent inter-personnel skills with vendors, internal and external customers
• excellent presentation and management reporting skill
• fluent in writing/reading chinese and english language,
• able to travel in short notice
• worked in business sector with government, military, MNC and financial.
Job Responsibilities:
• able to project manage multiple software projects concurrently and meet deadlines and cost
• able to manage software quality assurance team and software development team
• experience with managing feature requests and bug reporting
• must have working experience with top management staff
