ORACLE HRMS Analyst
Position Number: KS7622
Location: Fairfax, VA

Duties:
Under minimal direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through user needs and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Develops or modifies procedures to solve complex problems within information systems. Performs at an advanced technical level on all phases of analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating into proper system requirement specifications. Provides guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts.
Evaluates configuration change requests for the Oracle Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and access their impact. Tests updates to the HRMS using test scripts and analyzes various technical documents. Acts as the liaison between the technical team and the training team and facilitates meetings between the two teams. Validates training documentation to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
MUST have experience with Oracle HRMS to qualify.
Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
