Required Skills:
** Atleast 8+ years experience as a Oracle DBA Systems
** Expertise in 10g RAC (installation, upgrade and troubleshooting)
** Expertise in performance monitoring, Instance tuning, SQL tuning
** Expertise in Oracle 10g DataGuard
** Experience in hot/cold backup mechanisms using 10g RMAN
** Experience in OEM/ Oracle 10g grid-control
** Instance Cloning (RAC, Non-RAC), Code migration processes
** Knowledge on Oracle Support processes for technical requests with Metalink
** Must be able to do root cause analysis of problems and provide solutions.
** Pro-active management of Production database systems, risks mitigation
** Superior communication and analytical skills
** Experience in Oracle 10g Streams
