Client is in the process of developing a new information infrastructure to integrate multiple data sources into a single repository (Operational Data Store) and for limited reporting. The DBA will bring advanced technical knowledge especially surrounding Oracle 10g and its relationship to the operating system and the storage infrastructure. This position will be responsible for creation and support of the 4 database infrastructures (Production, Contingency, Quality Assurance and Development). Consulting experience is a big plus.
Requirements:
7+ years of IT experience
5+ years Oracle experience (Oracle 9i/10g Certified)
Some ETL tool experience (DataStage or Informatica)
Oracle RAC
