JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deliver high quality technology solutions in an Oracle environment- delivered on time and within budget goals - that align with the needs of the business and add value to the business. Perform and document all phases of the SDLC and adhere to internal policies and procedures as progress is made towards completion of the project. Oversee the work of consultants, developers and business analysts on a project-by-project basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop applications in an Oracle ERP environment.
Develop an understanding of and then utilize the SDLC to track progress, provide updates, and lead the development of new applications and modifications to existing applications.
Develop software on the Enteprise development platform (using the tools provided) to develop new applications and modify existing applications.
Within the scope of a project, instruct, provide direction, and validate the work of other developers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-8+ years experience with the Oracle eBusiness Suite, SQL, PL/SQL, Forms,
-Reports and Workflow or similar experience on other Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP platforms.
-3+ years experience in project management with demonstrated expertise in project management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Demonstrated knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
-Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field of study OR equivalent relevant work experience.
