Job Summary:
KBACE is looking for professionals in Human Resources who have participated in an Oracle Implementation. KBACE has an expert Consultant staff which is able to train knowledgeable HR professionals in the required Oracle and HRMS systems knowledge to become an Oracle Consultant!
This is an opportunity to start an exciting new career as an Oracle Consultant and help other HR professionals during their Oracle implementation. As an Oracle Consultant you will work
with HR staff to gather requirements, do gap analyses and troubleshoot issues that arise to accomplish the clients business needs. Please contact me immediately if you would be interested
in hearing more about our openings. All our consultants can work remotely from their home office but are required to be able to travel up to 75% during the week.
Typical project responsibilities depending on experience may include:
• Leading customer workshops;
• Training customer team members on solutions;
• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality.
• Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
• Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
• Experience with the business processes in HR modules including benefits, payroll, compensation, training or recruiting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
• Strong application aptitude.
• Keen attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree
• Previous Oracle HRMS use
• Must be willing to travel 70-75%
