3-5 years minimum experience as Oracle Database Administrator in a development & production environment. Certification as a Oracle 9i Database Administrator (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCM). 10g Certification & Certified Master(OCM) preferred. Experience with programming & scripting languages (e.g. C++, Visual Basic, HL7, SOAP, X12 EDI. Experience with Web programming (e.g. Dreamweaver, ColdFusion, J2EE, Visual Basic). Working knowledge of complex SQL as it relates to inquiries & an understanding of applications tuning necessary. Experience in a complex heterogeneous computer environment required including advanced knowledge of platforms that support Windows NT & 2003 Server Environments. Knowledge of EMC SAN storage systems. Knowledge of IP Routing. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Goal-oriented attitude, strong work ethic & demeanor to work through roadblocks, motivate external concerns & bring about resolution. Proven ability to work under pressure of time constraints & to prioritize assignments necessary. Proven ability to work effectively & provide support within a technical team Healthcare experience. |
