ACCO Brands Corporation, one of the world's largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $2 billion, is seeking an Oracle Systems Manager to join our Shared Services IT team. This position will be the leader for a focused group of IT professionals responsible for providing solutions to meet business needs. The Oracle Systems Manager will be responsible for managing a functional area of the Oracle System. This role will be responsible for support as well as to plan and execute projects across ACCO IT and the business. The Oracle Systems Manager will have a well rounded skill set to work with peers in the IT organization, ACCO Business clients, external vendors and customers. The Oracle Systems Manager will mentor Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and other IT teammates to effectively grow in knowledge of the ACCO business processes and systems.
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related business field required.
* Leadership skills required.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
* Has worked with the business processes in the associated functional area in either an IT or business role.
* Knowledge of Basic SQL required, and Oracle development skills a plus.
* Oracle ERP support in a leadership role.
* Ability to lead and manage others in a matrix environment.
* Negotiation skills required
*Meeting facilitation skills
* Must be able to work outside of normal business hours.
* Understands the concept of Demand and Supply planning software. Experience with Manugistics preferred.
* Expert functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Modules including Material Resources Planning, Bill of Materials, Work In Process, Purchase Orders, Inventory and iSupplier and iProcurement.
* Ability to develop solutions utilizing best practices.
* Ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
* Project management experience preferred
* Manufacturing and supply chain experience preferred
* Excellent oral and written communication skills required
