The Associate Partner will be responsible for sales and delivery of consulting services solutions to mid-market clients in the US Central Region.

The incumbant must have proven experience identifying, developing, closing, and delivering business consulting solutions.

Must have prior experience in executive management and strategic solutions selling, and be very familiar with the consulting services portfolio and be specialized in application innovation (custom development and integration) offerings.

Proven experience in working the middle market, ability to create proposals and SOWs, as well as oversee project delivery of their engagements.

Candidate will work collaboratively with sales and delivery as well as other areas within the company and leverage innovative business solutions.

Mid Market Experience in understanding client needs

Can give expert advice and lead others to perform through hands on solutions implementation of custom development / integration

Can give expert advice and lead others to perform by being a relationship builder with clients, the project team, colleagues

Can give expert advice and lead others to perform through excellent communications in written, verbal, and listening

Can give expert advice and lead others to perform in a business development / sales in a consulting environment

Candidate Must Have :

4 year degree, advanced degree preferred from a top tier school

Candidates must have prior experience in executive management and strategic solutions selling.

Have proven experience identifying, developing, closing, and delivering business consulting solutions to IBM clients

Must be open to travel Monday through Thursday (100% Travel)

Must have consulting experience
 
Salary:   Negotiable Per Year
