POSITION DETAILS
Salary Range: $130,000 to 266,000

The Associate Partner (AP) has direct accountability for the overall successful delivery of large-scale engagements in the Communications Sector involving technology, process, & organizational change initiatives. The AP provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships. The AP will also be responsible for leading business case development & performance measurement. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role in a complex & integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national, and/or crosses multiple locations. This is not an account management or business development role.
Preferred Candidates will have "Big X" consulting experience. Experience in the following: Program Management, Business Case Development, Media & Entertainment Industry Knowledge, Large/complex consulting/client management experience, People Management, Detailed Accounting and Finance knowledge in entertainment industry, Detailed knowledge of Ultimates Accounting, participations, residuals, projections, entertainment industry by-title reporting design, development and delivery. Experience in Financial Services Business Intelligence (FS BI), BI data analysis experience, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Experience w/data modeling tools.
Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Finance Strategy, Sarbanes Oxley, Performance Management and Executive Dashboards, Balanced scorecards, Business Case Development, Finance / Accounting. Managing transformation projects/initiatives, Process mapping, Support proposal efforts for potential Finance Management consulting engagements. Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel.
The consultant will lead engagement activities as defined by the client contract. Must demonstrate leadership on medium, complex engagements, larger, less-complex engagements and major phases of very large engagements. Responsible for ensuring that the engagement delivers to client expectations on time and within budget. Recognize and track changing requirements and help renegotiate contracts as necessary. Invest time in the professional development of other consultants and act as mentors.

Media & Entertainment Business Knowledge
Program Management and Business Case Development
Experience managing large/complex consulting/client management projects
Detailed Accounting and Finance knowledge in entertainment industry with detailed knowledge of ultimates accounting
Entertainment industry by-title reporting design, development and delivery using data warehouses, SAP, Oracle
