My client is an international information technology services company, whose business is turning client vision into results through the application of consulting, systems integration and managed operations.
They are currently recruiting for a Functional Oracle HR/Payroll Consultant to become part of their implementation team to have responsibility for all modules within the HRMS Suite
Responsible for the implementation of HRM modules, including: -
• Agreement and documentation of client business process requirements for HR and Payroll
• Configuration of Oracle HRMS and Payroll applications for AO projects
• Preparation and execution of test plans for HRMS and Payroll applications
• Training of client staff
• Specification of HR/Payroll integration requirements
• Technically proficient in Oracle HRMS.
• Skills in PeopleSoft HRMS would be advantageous
Job requirements
Technical skills and experience:
Oracle HR with additional knowledge of one or more of the following modules:-
• Oracle Payroll
• Oracle Time and Labour
• HRMS intelligence
• HRMS Self Service
* Knowledge of other functional modules would also be desirable, i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, CRM
Additional relevant skills (e.g. personal attributes):-
• Existing knowledge of Oracle/ Peoplesoft HRMS modules either as and end user or in a consulting/ delivery role
• Geographically mobile
