- degree in computer science or business IT
- minimum 5 years experience in managing a large reasearch & development department
- able to project manage multiple software projects concurrently and meet deadlines and cost
- able to manage software quality assurance team and software development team
- excellent inter-personnel skills with vendors, internal and external customers
- experience with managing feature requests and bug reporting
- excellent presentation and management reporting skill
- must have working experience with top management staff
- fluent in writing/reading chinese and english language, arabic/japanese is optional
- able to travel in short notice
- worked in business sector with government, military, MNC and financial institution
