Required Skills:
2-3 years hands-on experience with Oracle Applications Technologies, especially in the areas of : o Experience with key Applications modules, such as Applications Object Library (AOL), Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Services is required o Physical and logical database schema object design is required o Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Plus is required o Experience using Open Interfaces, and public APIs is required o Experience with XML Schema Design is strongly preferred o Experience developing customizations or extensions with Oracle XML Gateway is strongly preferred o Experience developing customizations or extensions with Oracle Workflow is strongly preferred o Business Process Execution Language Process Manager (BPEL PM) is preferred o jDeveloper and BPEL Designer is preferred o Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is preferred o Experience with Webservices is preferred o Oracle Forms is preferred
Minimum 1-2 years experience in NMCI is highly preferred
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Marine Corps Tactical Communications Network is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Radiant Mercury Cross Domain Solution products is highly preferred
Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with Configuration Management plans and procedures in an Oracle Applications implementation project
Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in Oracle Applications Implementation Method (AIM) or a comparable methodology is highly recommended
Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience of Oracle Applications implementation lifecycle is highly preferred
Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience of RICE components design and development in an Oracle Apps 11i implementation project is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
Responsible to design Block Data Synchronization (DS) and Cross Domain Solution (CDS) programs based on the functional requirements defined in DOORS, and Oracle AIM documents (BP.080s and BP.090s), and in accordance with the design and build standards as defined in MD.030, RICE Components Design Standards, and MD.040, RICE Components Build Standards
Responsible to develop DS and CDS program modules and components including XML Schema, Workflows, XML Gateway Maps, physical and logical database objects, PL/SQL programs and supporting AOL configurations including Business Event System (BES) and XML Gateway.
Complete assigned tasks within the timeline defined in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Follow Configuration Management Procedures as defined in CM.010 ? Configuration Management Procedures
Conduct RICE components unit testing using procedures as defined in MD.065, RICE Component Design document
Take ownership of the RICE components assigned, and coordinate unit testing and proof of concept (POC) type of code review with Oracle Team and Government Team
Provide weekly status reports The position requires US CITIZENSHIP.
