Oracle Applications Specialist for San Antonio, TX - MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN TOP SECRET CLEARANCE or Have TS
Right now we have an exciting engagement with a Global 2000 client in the San Antonio area. We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Specialist that has knowledge with the manufacturing and/or inventory modules and the high capacity to solve problems.
Scope of Work: Provide enhancements, development and production support within a secured environment. This would involve the Oracle applications and database portfolio. This role will encompass full development life-cycle including requirements gathering, development and migration to production. Also, there will be some technical support potentially to Linux applications and candidate would need to be capable of conducting research on an on-going basis to evaluate the most up-to-date solutions in the Oracle arena.
This is intense, client-facing work for the well-rounded technical developer who wants to take the next logical step in their career.
Mandatory requirements:
. Must be able to obtain Top Security Clearance!
. Oracle application development (Forms/Reports 6i) for 11i applications. – 2 years minimum.
Must have Inventory Management. – one year.
NICE TO HAVE: Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, MRP), Procurement (PO, ICX), Finance (AP, GL, AR), Quality (QA) and Project Control (PJM, PA). Experience with Discreet Manufacturing and Kintana is a big plus!!Responsibilities will also include support of multiple 3rd party applications.
