Our client is one of the most successful software solution consulting companies in New Zealand. This company is committed to training an intermediate developer with a good work ethic, passion for programming and the desire to pick up new technologies.
The successful candidate may be a graduate or alternatively will have 3+ years of overall IT and programming experience with minimum of 2+ years of experience ideally in the following technical areas: Oracle 8i/9i, SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle Designer, familiarity with web-based application development, ad hoc query tools and SQL development tools (TOAD, SQL Navigator, etc.). The candidate will develop stored procedures, triggers, functions and views using Oracle PL/SQL. The candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
