We have been retained by a Fortune 200 company to hire qualified professionals for their Worldwide Implementation of Oracle Applications.
The Oracle Business Analyst: Finance works within the ERP deployment team and among IT staff and functional leaders to invoke standard supply-chain processes through the implementation of our common Oracle ERP system. The business analyst is involved throughout the entire project lifecycle by assisting the Project Managers through analysis of proposed process and/or system changes, management of approved requirements specifications and verification of the scope.
The Oracle Business Analyst: Finance focuses on the successful implementation of ERP centered on procurement and materials management processes, including:
Cost controlling
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Financial reporting
GL management
Legal entity definition
Tax
Overheads, allocations
The Oracle Business Analyst: Finance is responsible for in-depth functional knowledge, requirements management, and overall consulting on the following Oracle modules: AP, AR, GL
Job Qualifications:
Functional Experience of Oracle Applications preferred, ERP systems required.
Strong Business and Analytical skill for complex problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use analytical skills to research and resolve.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex business processes and systems.
Experience working on complex projects delivered on time and error-free.
Experience interfacing with all levels of IT professionals and business customers. Must be able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent Requirements Planning and Management, including defining and managing scope and requirement changes.
Excellent analysis and documentation skills, including prototyping
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal relationship building and team work skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet dead lines.
PMP and/or CBAP certification a plus.
Knowledge and or understanding of product management concepts and how enterprise applications are positioned and developed are a plus.
Travel outside US is required.
