The Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design solution and implementation of various eCommerce/Package implementation/upgrade projects along with application support in one or more functional areas:
· Conducts needs analysis, requirements definition, and functional specifications
· Effectively translates requirements/functionality into specs, assists in technical design/architecture,
* Plans and performs quality control testing,
* Implements functional and sometimes technical solutions,
* Provides application support to business community,
· Assists as expert resource on design and architecture, system functionality, resolutions systems operations issues, performance initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS

· Requires implementation and support experience with one or more of the following product groups: Oracle Projects Suite, Oracle HRMS or Oracle Financials.
· Must be experienced with PL/SQL.
· Familiarity with Oracle architecture and Oracle application server required.
· Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels of management, and interface with numerous departments.
· A strong understanding and a successful track record in the software development life cycle.
· Must be functionally and business oriented yet possess enough technology knowledge to be able to gather complete requirements that can be used to support technical design.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
· Good adaptability/flexibility
· Ability to think creatively and implement ideas
· Results oriented and customer focused
· Travel is minimal
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related degree preferred.
