Business Analyst Retail
Qualification and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science. Advanced certification or specialization in the relevant field
• 7 years' experience in systems and business analysis.
Specific Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a retail application supporting business processes from point of sale to profitability reports. Understanding of Financial and inventory systems mandatory.
• Minimum 1 years experience in handling credit and pre-paid card applications.
• Experience in handling customer loyalty program in a retail environment preferred.
• Minimum 2 years programming experience in an RDBMS envrionment
• Should have managed projects of medium to large scale successfully .
General Requirements :
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Able to produce quality documentation for specifications, business processes and training.
• Be able to analyze large and complex business problems,
• Be able to facilitate meetings with groups of all sizes and facilitate to consensus a group with divergent opinions or views
• Exposure to software development and implementation life cycle standards
Proposed Salary:
UAE Dirhams 12000 including housing + allowances as applicable
