Based in our European Headquarters, you will provide efficient support to the Organization to ensure:
• Strong functional support to users for the IM Oracle module.
• Organizational development and system enhancement, to achieve significant improvement to customer interaction and satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide technical support for Oracle Management Applications (OE, OKC).
• Participate to system and software upgrades.
• Participate in regional and worldwide projects (deployments).
• Provide technical specifications for application enhancements resulting from process improvement activities.
• Participate to application customizations and extensions. Work with Oracle technical support on technical issues.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• +3 years Oracle Applications experience (Release 11i)
• A solid knowledge and understanding of the Oracle Order Management and Oracle Core Contracts Modules (Oracle A/R Module will be a plus)
• Strong technical expertise. (PLSQL, WorkFlow, JAVA, OA FrameWork, UNIX, Forms).
• Able to understand business requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills required
• Results orientated. Good prioritization and organizational skills
• Good understanding and knowledge of Oracle, of Relational Databases and general Database connectivity
• Good knowledge and understanding of supporting client server applications
• Experience and understanding of working with multiple IT teams (Servers, Infrastructure, DBA, UNIX, Support, Development)
• Experience of working as part of an Application Support team within a global organization
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
