We are currently seeking for one of our customers for the European Headquarters an Oracle Functional Systems Expert with advanced knowledge of the Oracle Order Management module (OM).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation throughout all phases of a project implementation cycle (Design Review, Gap Analysis, Set-up, Testing, Validation) within a cross functional Project Team. Additionally, participate on Regional and Worldwide projects for system and software upgrades
- Be accountable for End User Functional Support for the Order Management modules, specifically call resolution, escalation of unresolved issues to other support levels, TAR logging and follow up.
YOUR STRENGTHS
- 3+ years Oracle Applications experience (Release 11i)
- Ability to work independently, and within a team, within an International Environment
- Advanced knowledge of the Oracle Order Management module (OM) and an understanding of the related modules within a full Customer Care environment
- Business astuteness and a broad understanding of business processes
- Strong ability to diagnose, identify and fix problems through discussions with technical and functional team members
- Ability to work under pressure and a multi-disciplined outlook (Support, Training, Testing)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills required
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
