| Job description: |
- Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget
- Specific Oracle Modules include HR, Advanced Benefits, Payroll, Self Service, Learning Management and iRecruiting. Experience with Oracle Workflow is strongly desired
- Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
- Develop solutions requiring analysis and research
- Solid foundation with Oracle HRMS, Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms.
- Work closely with customers in Human Resources, system administrators, business analysts and team members, to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions will be based on the Oracle application e-business suite and must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards.

- Minimum of 7 years of programming / systems analysis experience with Oracle HRMS applications. Heavy emphasis on Payroll and OAB
- Experience with the Oracle Application suite and knowledge of key relationships / dependencies across the HRMS and other Oracle application suite modules |
