Description:
The Senior Analyst position in Technology and Reporting is responsible for fulfilling reporting requests from corporate and field management in an automated fashion with limited supervision. The position, directly or indirectly, supports the executive team, senior management, field management and agency partners as the central source of marketing data and will be an integral part of maintaining a world class reporting and technology team. The position requires the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global environment and the ability to successfully interact with various corporate and vendor personnel. In addition to automating repetitive reporting processes, the Senior Analyst will support and assist with the development of third party developed business inteligence tools.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics or Statistics and a minimum of 1 year of experience. A Master's degree is preferred.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to build enhanced reports including pivot tables and externally sourced data.
-Advanced knowledge of the methodology of most reporting tools, including Oracle and Business Objects.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access to build automated databases, complex queries, forms and reports.
-Advance knowledge of project management techniques and intermediate knowledge of the IT development process.
