My client is an international information technology services company, whose business is turning client vision into results through the application of consulting, systems integration and managed operations. The Company is the Worldwide Information Technology Partner for the Olympic Games through to the London Olympic Games in 2012, with annual revenues of €5.5 billion and over 47,000 people in 40 countries. In the UK
They are currently recruiting for a lead member of implementation team with responsibility for all functional aspects of a project.
Responsibilities:-
Ability to interview and elicit client business processes
Client functional requirements
Ability to create an overall system design including
Identifying any gap between functional requirements and Oracle EBusiness Suite Offerings
Cross Oracle Application group design e.g. between Financials , CRM and Supply Chain
Cross Oracle Application design e.g. between Projects and Receivables
Include other non Oracle Applications in the design. E.g. between Siebel and Oracle.
Ability to present to and interact with high level client representatives
Preparation of functional specifications for interfaces, workflows, customisations, data migration scripts, reports and other query tools
Implementation of System Administration Architecture, including menu design, Concurrent Manager usage, Security
Management of all aspects of an Oracle implementation project
Manage teams and have the ability and desire to develop other more junior consultants
Job demands:
Skills and Experience:
Expert knowledge of two of the following Oracle Applications groupings and have good knowledge of the others:
Financials:-
GL,AP,AR,FA,PO, Iproc, Iexpenses
CRM:-
Foundation, Service, OM & Advanced Pricing , Sales and Marketing
Supply Chain:-
Inventory, PO, OM, WIP, BOM, WHM
Projects:-
Foundation, Costing, Billing, Management, Collaboration, Reourcing, Contracts
Structured analysis, design and development methods
Windows skills
Project management skills desirable
Strong consulting skills: able to run workshops, to facilitate meeting, to manage projects
Good commercial skills: ability to identify opportunities and to react accordingly
