Our Auckland based client is a leading Consultancy company using the latest internet based computing technologies to meet the needs of the growing customer base. The company has been expanding and they have an immediate requirement for a highly talented Siebel Consultant.
You will have a solid track record as a CRM Consultant and have demonstrated leadership skills. As a Senior, seasoned specialist, you will have successfully worked on three or more large implementation projects and have knowledge of the
Applications. Ideally you will be keen to be crosstrained in Oracle CRM.
You will be capable of making a significant impact working on client engagements in the CRM area. You will be able to manage and communicate project team status in conjunction with detailed workplans and be adept at utilizing MS Project to plan and manage a project. You will be leading lead business process requirements workshops. Your responsibilities will also include defining and/or reviewing data conversion, application interface and report requirements. This is a senior role and you will be required to liaise with Senior Managers, Consultants and technical professionals as well as to demonstrate excellent written communication skills. You will have a great work ethic and passion for customer service. This role involves travel within New Zealand.
