REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 3-5+ Years of experience with Oracle Applications as a functional consultant
- Specialized Oracle HRMS Module implementation experience (Core HR, OAB, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, OTM, iRecruitment, CWB, etc.)
- Upgrade experience to 11i
- Full-life-cycle11i implementation experience
- At least three Oracle HRMS Implementation/Upgrade projects
- Experience with data conversion and interface design
- Good communication and people skills
- 4Year/BS degree
OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

- Experience with Oracle Public Sector (Govt) Apps
- Experience with Self Service & Workflow
- Familiarity with Oracles AIM methodology
- Experience with papers presentation at conferences
