Job description:   Need Oracle OTC (Order-to-Cash) Functional Consultants.

5-8 yrs experience. Should have 5 LC's (lifecycles) with OTC. Must have Oracle Workflow experience.
Position Description:

This person will lead efforts to support and enhance business processes and systems to support Supply Chain and financial business functions. The Business. Analyst acts as a liaison between IT and the internal business customer. They must be able to understand core business objectives and processes and translate those needs into a clear definition of IT requirements, culminating in successful delivery.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Lead system enhancement projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process improvement strategies;
• Provide input for production related issues;
• Work with key members of various departments and other members of the IT team to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and new user
requirements;
• Participate in ongoing development efforts and implementations;
• Application design and architecture components
• Execute process and functional design activities
• Developing and testing detailed functional design for business solution components and prototypes

• Work with development teams to ensure solution is built as per the design specifications
• Planning, design and execution of data conversion activities

Position Qualifications:

The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years experience with the one or more following Oracle Modules:

• Oracle Inventory
• Oracle Order Management
• Oracle Receivables/iReceivables
• Oracle Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)



• BA/BS degree required.
• 6+ years minimum Oracle Supply Chain / Financials experience required, with at least 2 years of Oracle 11i experience.



Additional skills
• Working with EDI Transactions

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning fundamentals

• Written and oral communication skills, business requirements gathering
• Solving business problems with application (Oracle 11i) functionality
• Driving small & large teams to solutions on production and project issues, including teams of internal business customers, IT testing & development teams

• Manage customer expectations
• Providing status reports and effectively prioritize work with he internal customer
• Strong understanding of the Oracle Supply Chain/Financials schema required, including SQL*Plus skills
(candidates with “techno-functional” experience will be preferred – 20-30% technical expertise; 70-80% functional expertise)
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL.
• A proven understanding of SDLC and Change Management methodology preferred.
• Previous project management experiences a plus.
• Ability to work occasional week-ends and varied schedule required. 7/24 on call availability for resolving high severity issues.
• Occasional travel may be required.
