Skills Required:
· Supporting the Current version of Oracle Applications (11.5.9) with the following modules GL, OM, AR, Trade Mgmt, PO, ASCP, AP, Cash Mgmt.
· Review daily/weekly system logs, system maintenance requirements, interfaces and liaison with other IT support persons for interfacing software or infrastructure team.
· Ensure the integrity and completion of some daily/weekly key processes which are very critical to the every day business needs

Scheduling and Cubing
Receiving Transactions Manager
Ship Confirmations
ASN Creation process
Work with the Business teams and the DBA team to ensure timely upgrades for the applications based on the business needs.
Ensures that all design and development efforts within the assigned functional area are executed in accordance with change control procedures. Direct staff on utilization of standard development tools and methodologies.
Work with the Internal and External Auditors to provide them the requested information for application audit purpose and making sure the we are always in compliance with SOX.
Experience in Project management for assigned projects. Develops, tracks and publishes MS Project Plans for all assigned tasks.
Should be able to work with business to prioritize projects, enhancements and production support issues to maintain business compliance and best support business objectives and strategy. Based on prioritization, appropriately staffs and schedules initiatives.
Develops and publishes documentation (AIM) including manuals and flowcharts to support the development and implementation of any new/modification to the requirements
Work with 3rd party logistics (CHR) and TMS Provides (Freight Logic) to ensure stuck transactions within Oracle are timely processed in the systems.
Knowledge and Skills:
· BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or equivalent experience
· Good Communication and Writing skills, experience working with Business users
· Required Technical Skills and Experience:
o Oracle Applications, min 6-7 years
o SQL Plus, PL/SQL, min 5 years
o Oracle Report Writer and Oracle Forms, 2-3 years
o Knowledge of Oracle Application Server is a BIG plus
· Experience in leading the technical team in a lead / manager role, 2-3 years
· Experience with Demantra (Forecasting System), Provia (Warehouse Mgmt System) is a BIG plus.
· Understanding the data flow with Oracle ERP modules
· OOPS and Java development skills, a plus
· Web Development, a plus
· Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite, MS Project Plan, MS Visio software
Primary Responsibilities: Oracle ERP Operations Lead/Manager has responsibility for supporting the Business Operations groups in the use of the Oracle ERP (ERP) software and the related interfaces for Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business process cycle.
