Base HR Lead - with 3+ full life cycle Oracle HR implementations under their belt
1) CONSULTANT LEVEL / EXPERIENCE
Our target search is for Principal Consultants
5-10 years of consulting experience with the focus on the functional side
Must have strong configuration skills
Must have 3+ full life cycle implementations under their belt
We’re looking for individuals who are specialized in a specific module(s) who can perform in a lead role or with little ramp-up time.
We need consultants that can perform in a heavy delivery role. Candidates that are looking for a straight Project Management position would not fit our needs.
Candidates who are primarily technical, but interested in a functional role would not be a fit.

2) BACKGROUND
Targeting consultants currently working at Big 5/4 consulting firms or individuals who have previously worked at these firms as a permanent employee.
Candidates who have worked at consulting firms on contract (only) do not carry the same weight.
Looking for candidates with a perm background – not interested in candidates that have been contracting for more than the last 3-5 years. Not interested in contract candidates who are willing to consider a perm position.
Candidates without true consulting experience – e.g. Only corporate environment experience (not interested)
LEVEL OF PREFERENCE
1) Tier One Firms - Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, CapGemini, Bearing Point and Arthur Anderson
2) Tier Two Firms - Hitachi Consulting, Oracle Consulting
3) Small boutique consulting companies
4) An Internal corporate position with no consulting experience is not an option
3) CITIZENSHIP
Please do not submit any candidates on H1 Visas. All candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
4) EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree is required – information on resume must clearly state the year that they graduated as well as the school
Education must be from an accredited 4-year university – e.g. Almeda University and other paper-mill schools are not acceptable
Vendors need to screen and confirm that the university is accredited
MBA is preferred
5) TRAVEL
All positions within the consulting practice require up to 100%. Our typical travel schedule is arriving at the client site Monday morning and departing at end of business on Thursday. On Friday, the consultants will work remotely from home or from a local office if one is available in their city. At times, consultants may be asked to work on Fridays or possibly on weekends during a “go-live”.
6) LOCATION
All of the consultants in the Consulting Solutions Group are considered to be virtual. The consultants will never be asked to relocate to a particular city as long as they have easy access to an airport. The majority of our business in the Consulting practice is in the Midwest, East Coast and Central Region. A large percentage of the business is on the west coast, but the Consulting group does not work there. Since their business is in the Midwest, East Coast and Southeast region we want to target candidates in this area and avoid candidates on the west coast.
