Senior Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
Responsibilities.
The Senior Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant will be focused on delivering full life cycle implementation client services. They will focus on business process improvement, re-engineering and hands-on configuration activities associated with the Oracle HRMS solution.
The lead HRMS consultant will be responsible for all phases of the full life-cycle Oracle HRMS implementation i.e. Requirements Definition, GAP Analysis, Process Modelling, Data Modelling, Report Mapping, Application Configuration, System Testing, Procedure Development, and User Training.
Consultants should have the ability to lead process design and application configuration effort, work with end users to map standard processes to the business needs of clients and conduct gap analysis between the Oracle Applications and client business requirements.
Tasks
• Recommend and develop technical specifications for customizations.
• Support and participate in all phases of testing, including development and execution of test scripts and related documentation.
• Support the change management team in driving the development and adoption of new business processes and training delivery.
• Must Position Requirements / Experience Guidelines have the ability to work in a team environment and respond positively to multiple priorities.
• Map business requirements to applications modules
Experience Required
Knowledge of one or more of the following modules is required:
• Oracle HRMS - HR,
• i-Recruitment,
• Self Services,
• Payroll.
Work Experience: 3+ years implementing, customizing Oracle HRMS ( HR, i-Recruitment, Self Services, Payroll)
