We have an exciting opportunity within the music industry for a talented individual to work as an Oracle CRM consultant. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a high level of Oracle e-business suite functional expertise and application support. With the main focus of supporting Oracle 11i CRM modules. This would suit a previous developer who has moved into a CRM Analyst role. You will be asked to fulfil tasks at all stages of the development life cycle from requirements gathering through to testing.
Responsibilities include:
• Progress reports (raising potential timescale risk and delivery issues)
• Complete work packages on time and to budget, understanding the practicalities of commercial development
• Actively communicate with peers and other team members
• Participate in company initiatives, to improve efficiency and quality for customers
• To share skills/knowledge with team members
Who we're looking for:
You are a rounded Oracle consultant with good exposure to the whole development life cycle and an understanding of the bigger picture associated with projects.
Essential skills:
18 months operational support in Oracle 11i CRM Modules alternatively proven academic or training experience in preferably version 11.5.10 (Marketing/Quoting/Order Management)
Recognised qualification in IT or computer science related subject
Desirable skills:
Experience in ERP application implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
Experience of Finance, Licensing, Rights Management, and Royalty Distribution Systems would be an advantage
Good
Ability to specify enhancements to CRM modules
Testing of application developments, patches, enhancements and upgrades
Understanding of SQL
Awareness of internet technologies e.g XML, Web services, J2EE, .NET
