| Job description: |
The candidate will be expected to take up the roll of ‘Rollout Consultant’ for delivering the P&L module.
The candidate will need to have knowledge/experience with Oracle Financial Analyzer and Oracle Express.
Detailed description:
[1] Facilitate the gathering of each site’s budget requirements, fitting the Pan-European model.
[2] Perform analysis of each site's budget requirements.
[3] Gather, together with the site, the required budget configuration of the OFA modules.
[4] Technically setup the OFA modules to meet each site’s requirements.
[5] Facilitate the ‘User Acceptance Test’ (UAT) for each site.
[6] Fix bugs identified during a UAT.
[7] Train users to create their budgets within the OFA modules.
[8] Support the site in their first budget period using the OFA tool.
[9] Write necessary supporting documentation.
The candidate should be competent to manage himself/herself in terms of:
[1] Project Management of own activity, using PRINCE2 methodology.
[2] Manage meetings with the Business teams.
[3] Presentation of findings and recommendations.
