Required for our Oracle Apps Projects in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, Oracle HRMS Functional Consultants with :
Minimum 3 implementation experience independently in Release 11i onwards for Core HR, Payroll, Self Service and Learning Management (iRecruitment and Time & Labor knowledge will be an advantage)
Knowledge of Multiple Business Group and Multiple Payrolls is compulsory
Must have excellent command on Payroll fast formula
Knowledge of Interface Tables and APIs
Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications for extensions/customizations
Thorough knowledge of AIM methodology, its phases and deliverables
Domain HR knowledge is must and must be sound in Payroll costing
Good Communication Skills
