Role:

Ability to work with Business to study the current process, propose & demonstrate business solutions based on Industry best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into application functionalities. Propose alternative solution if critical requirements not available. Hands on experience with Oracle WMS module for application configuration.
Capability to twist application configuration to match critical process if required. Ability to demonstrate & get agreement from business on solutions.
Should be able to translate gaps into functional specification documents MD050 & review the technical specification documents MD070.
Should have good unit testing capability with appreciation of the full business flow & integration testing.
Should be able to run conference room pilot independently & assist super users on test execution. Capability to quickly identify & resolve functional issues raised during CRP.
Should be able to identify training requirements & execute sessions both at super & end user level.
Should have very good understanding of Oracle Application Implementation Methodology.
Ability to understand & write Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification, Technical specification, Configuration documents, Testing documents etc.
Good understanding on cutover activities & hand on experience for cutover.
Ability to support production system post go-live.
Required Skills & Experience:

1-2 Full end to end Oracle WMS implementation experience.
Good working knowledge of Integrated Modules like OM, Shipping, Inventory etc.
Working experience on 3rd party integration systems for WMS like Label printing software, Barcode standards & Mobile devices & application.
Exposure to highly customized & tightly integrated systems.
Sound warehousing domain knowledge.
Good appreciation of Business Process.
Knowledge of Best Industry Practices.
Exposure to multi site projects.
Fair understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Testing tools etc.
Good inter-personal skills like communication, presentation & dependable etc.
Good educational background
