Essential Experience: 4-5 years in Oracle Applications Implementation / Support
Key Responsibilities:
To handle HRMS Modules (Payroll, Benefits + Advanced Benefits) in the project (Minimum any two modules with exclusivity)
Work planning and scheduling
Thorough Knowledge of Modules
Knowledge of local HR Practices and Standards would be an advantage
Knowledge of Oracle Applications OTL module would be a definite advantage.
Knowledge of Mapping of As-is and To-be Processes
Knowledge of AIM Methodology
Knowledge of AIM Documentation
Business user coordination and conducting CRP(s).
Key Skills:
Proficiency in HR Statutory Reporting
Familiarity with IFRS will be an added advantage
Excellent skills in relevant Oracle Apps HRMS Modules
Implementation Experience and involvement in preparing Setups.
