Oracle Consulting is the market specialist in rapidly transforming Oracle technology into solutions that drive e-business. Oracle Consulting Australia is experiencing significant growth and, as a result, we are seeking an experienced Consultant with skills in implementing Oracle e-Business Suite in the area of Oracle Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Location : Perth , Western Australia
Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant - 4
Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant - 2
*Key responsibilities of the position include: *
Support of new and existing customers in their implementation of the Oracle HRMS -suite
Requirement gathering, gap analysis, implementation and support during the initial live run
Defining the client operational and strategic objectives
Provide effective solutions to the client's business
Produce quality deliverables
Perform effectively as a member of a project team
Build and maintain confidence of clients and colleagues.
We are seeking a quality focused individual with the following skills / experience:
Degree qualified preferred and/or demonstrated Industry Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite - HRMS Applications particularly with experience with at least 2-3 HRMS products like
Oracle Human Resources (Core)
Self Service HRMS
iRecruitment,
iLearning
Training Administration
Compensation Workbench
Oracle Payroll,
Compensation Workbench,
Advanced Benefits
Preference may be given for candidates with experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll, and exposure to the legislative requirements for Australia. |
