Oracle Applications DBA
I am having a difficult time finding an Oracle Applications DBA for one of my clients.
If you know an Oracle Applications DBA for a perm job, I can really use some help with referrals.

Oracle Applications DBA
The Oracle Applications DBA will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of all Oracle Financial Applications 11.5.10 and HR Payroll; installation, configuration and upgrades (security updates) of multiple environments on HP-UX; cloning of Oracle Application 11.5.10 environments; performance monitoring and optimization of the Application and Databases; Oracle system administration and Unix shell scripting; Leading moderately complex projects and cross functional teams; documenting technical procedures and implementation plans; developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring and reporting project status; facilitating resolution of complex technical issues by working with cross-functional teams.
Education:
BS/BA Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent education, training and experience.
Experience:
Skills and experience typically gained through five to seven years of progressively more responsible IT experience. Must have at least 3+ years experience as an Oracle Applications DBA which encompasses supporting the e-Business Suite (preferably 11.5.10) with 9i or 10g databases; experience with installation, configuration, ongoing maintenance and upgrades; proficiency on HP-UX platform; performance monitoring and optimization, Oracle system administration and SQL, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting, Oracle Express, Oracle Reports and OFA experience. Knowledge of underlying Oracle Applications database architecture schemas/products, database objects, technology stack, file systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Optio and Oracle Financial Analyzer/Enterprise Planning and Budgeting would be a plus.
