Description: Oracle Human Resources (HR) Expert. Will lead Test Planning for implementation. Will participate in the development and maintenance activities for the Oracle Human Resources applications used.
This position requires strong Oracle Testing skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oracle HR Test Lead participates in all areas of Oracle HR testing and maintenance, including Workflows, Alerts, Fast Formulas, Security, PL-SQL Provides technical QA expertise on the Oracle applications, including: Human Resources, Oracle Payroll, HR Self-Service, Advanced Benefits (OAB), Discoverer, Portal and Reporting. Participates in testing, and production promotion activities. Participates in the requirements process with the user community on UAT definition and develops detailed documentation to facilitate transition from ST to UAT. Help troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding ORACLE HR deployment. Requirements: MSCS or equivalent degree. 5 years QA experience. Excellent organizational skills; must be able to prioritize and multitask. Strong communication skills- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Other: Excellent Client interaction skills. Must be able to project a positive and professional image. Able to work dependently as well as in a team. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to determine best approach to problem solving. Must maintain confidentiality at all times |
