IT Convergence is seeking highly intelligent and motivated Identity Management Engineers to join our team. Our engineers are the heart of the company; driving innovation, solving problems, taking on innovative projects, and working as a team.
IT Convergence is a technology company focusing in the Oracle suite of products with a great background in remote services and Oracle Applications. We are looking to expand our Identity Management solutions and need someone like you to help build the team.
Summary of Role
This individual contributor role has three primary objectives:
1) To collaborate with and lead customer implementation to provide technical architecture, design, delivery, and planning in Identity Management implementations
2) To work with technical leadership at customer sites to understand Identity Management needs and requirements and to provide business solutions
3) To implement Identity Management solutions at customer sites to solve real business needs.
Required Skills
To be successful in this role you will need:
Demonstrated competency in Identity Management & Access technologies, best practices, and large scale deployments.
Demonstrated competency in creating and implementing new architectures
A mature and experienced view of the complexities involved in the integration and deployment of large scale identity management systems
Significant systems integration and middleware experience using Web Services technologies, Identity Management technologies (Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager aka Oblix CoreID and Thor Xcellerate), LDAP & Directory technologies, Java/J2EE, C, C++, Unix, JDBC and Web Services technologies.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms and ability to tailor communications to audience.
A demonstrated ability to understand and solve business problems.
Iterative development experience, UML and RUP knowledge are all highly desirable.
To be able to travel up to 80% of the time
Suggested Qualifications
Current and valid CISSP or RSA/CSE Certification
Demonstrated experience securing backend services with SSL
Understanding of agent and agent-less configurations
SAML and SPML Integration Experience
Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
Demonstrated competency in web services technologies, best practices, and design, development, and deployment
Database Installation and Configuration (i.e. Oracle)
