Description:
Objective: The role of Survey Programmer is to create on-line and paper based surveys to ACNielsen's Homescan Canadian Panelist members.
Key Accountabilities:
• This individual will work closely with the Canadian Operations and Marketing Teams to field on-line and paper based surveys
• This individual will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the survey life cycle up to the point that the survey is closed in the field.
• These responsibilities include:
o Testing and quality assuring the survey for logic and data flow
o Monitoring the selection of the survey sample
o Publishing on-line surveys to the Homescan Panelist Website
o Coordinating with Canadian Operations on the printing and mailing of paper surveys
o Preparing email invitations for on-line surveys
o Monitoring and reporting on response rates while survey is in-field
o Troubleshooting issues with in-field surveys as they may arise
Qualifications:
Required Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:
• Prior recent experience with on-line and paper survey production including:
• Creation of on-line and paper surveys
• Quality assurance and testing of surveys in advance of release
• In-field response rate monitoring
• Proficiency with Perseus Survey Solutions application or similar web-based software for the production and management of on-line surveys.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to be able to work effectively with Canadian Operations and Marketing Teams and Homescan Survey Team members
• Strong project management skills to be able to track and coordinate activities across multiple survey projects
• Experience with the production of bar-coded paper surveys would be helpful but not required
• Knowledge of bulk emailing application helpful but not required
• Knowledge of French helpful but not requiredBachelor's degree (Market Research, Business or related field)
• 1-2 Yrs. Related Experience
